Semi-Automatic Flower Line

The Semi-Automatic Flower Line combines a 14-head combination scale with precision weighing to accurately fill flower into pre-made bags. Operators load flower into the scale, where multiple weighing buckets calculate the ideal combination to reach the selected target weight before dispensing the product with accuracy up to ±0.15 grams.

After filling, the operator transfers each package to the included Seal-Er and manually feeds it through the machine to create a clean, professional seal ready for retail. The system can also be adjusted for different bag sizes, glass jars, and other rigid container formats. Built with medical-grade product-contact components, it is designed for consistent weighing, easy cleaning, and efficient daily production.
